Terms and Conditions Information
General
Ten Three Cleaning agrees to provide all labour, relevant supplies & equipment to ensure the cleaning service agreed prior to performance to the client. This includes all services detailed on the client quotation and client details forms for the pre agreed fee.
Specialist Cleaning
Ten Three Cleaning can provide a range of specialist cleaning services. These will be priced upon request.
Service Schedule
Ten Three Cleaning are available to operate 7 days a week. This will include bank holidays and any other holiday periods of time. There are no specific working hours as we understand that different clients will require different times of service.
Ten Three Cleaning is prepared to adapt this work schedule to suit the requirements of the client if this does not alter the costs of operation.
Invoicing
Xero will be used for all invoicing. Invoices will be sent at an agreed time during the month with sufficient time period to allow the client to pay. Failure to pay invoices within 30 days will be subject to any appropriate legal action as deemed necessary by Ten Three Cleaning.
Supervision
Adequate supervision and reviews will be provided to ensure a professional and quality service is provided. Any specific requirements outside of this requirement must be declared before performance by Ten Three Cleaning.
Supplies
Ten Three Cleaning will supply all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for effective cleaning. This will include but not limited to; mops, buckets, disinfectants, degreasers, hoovers, floor cleaning agents etc.
If the client would like a specific brand or type of chemical used, we would be happy to supply this (extra cost may be incurred due to price).
All consumables products must be supplied by the client including but not limited to; toilet tissue, bin liners, hand soap etc.
Ten Three Cleaning can, and would be happy to supply these items and invoice them separately.
All chemicals used will have the necessary COSSH documentation and will be provided to the client should you need it for any records.
Insurance
Ten Three Cleaning are insured with ‘A plan insurance’. All insurance forms and documentation can be provided should the client need these for any records.
Employee status
All employees of Ten Three Cleaning are deemed employees of Ten Three Cleaning and will not for any purpose be considered as employees or agents of the client.
Our philosophy
Ten Three Cleaning is dedicated to providing a personal and professional service to our clients, delivering the highest levels of cleaning.
Cancellation
Any agreements may be terminated or cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice from either party. If cancelled for any reason within 30 days, you may be charged the full cleaning quote at Ten Three Cleaning’s discretion.
Sub-contractors
In the event of Ten Three enlisting the services of a sub-contractor entity to meet the high standards than we aim to provide, Ten Three Cleaning will take all measures to ensure the sub-contracting entity is of the highest reliability and professionalism.
Ten Three Cleaning will always notify customers that a sub-contracting service will be in use prior to performance.
In the event of a performance that does not meet the predetermined standards agreed between the customer and Ten Three, Ten Three cannot accept responsibility. It will be the responsibility of the customer to liaison with the sub-contractor.
Ten Three will always endeavor to provide contractual agreements and previous communication records to determine liability to aid a dispute resolution.
