We will plan the job from top to bottom with an initial Free Site Survey and get a proposal to you within 48 hours. Following which we will put together job specifications for our services which include:
- Pre-Clean: We like to make sure that your visitors enter your event with a good first impression, as well as walking into a clean and safe environment.
- Provision and Distribution of Consumables: We man your site throughout the event, stocking up on toilet paper, hand sanitizer and soap, changing bin bags etc.
- Maintenance of Event Site: We take care of all unexpected or ad hoc requirements like spillages.
- Decontamination
- Cycles of Sanitation: We carry out ongoing Contact Point Cleaning throughout the event.
- Risk Management: Our staff will be distributed across the site according to a traffic light system that indicates higher to lower risk areas of the site, to ensure your visitors and staff are always safe.
- Stewarding: After the COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary to remain at a safe distance from one another. We can man your toilet facilities to ensure they do not get overcrowded to that effect.
- Post-Event-Clean: We like to help you in every way we can. After the event, when all visitors have left the venue, we will implement cleaning processes that will leave the space neater than it was when you were granted access to it. (Processes include: Floor Scrubbing, Deep Cleaning WC, Litter Picking, Mid-level Cleaning (Dust, Insects…)
